2. Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is received through our payment provider. Pricing for each service is shown on our website and confirmed before work begins.

3. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied. You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• Order not started: If you cancel before we have begun work on your order, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Non-delivery: If we are unable to deliver the agreed service within the committed timeframe (and have not agreed an extension with you), you are entitled to a full refund of the undelivered portion.
• Service not as described: If a delivered backlink or service materially fails to match what was agreed (for example, a link not placed as specified), we will first attempt a free replacement; if we cannot, we will refund that item.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available where:

• The service has already been fully delivered as described.
• You change your mind after work has been completed.
• Results such as search-engine rankings did not meet personal expectations — SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control and are never guaranteed (see our Terms & Conditions).
• A third-party website removes a placed link for reasons outside our control after the warranty period.

5. Link Replacement Warranty

For backlink orders, if a delivered link is removed within 90 days of delivery for reasons within our control, we will replace it free of charge at no extra cost to you.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your order with your account number / order details and the reason for your request:

We aim to review every request within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
